NH Families Brainstorming Event for a new Hands and Voices Chapter in NH

*We are specifically looking for families who are willing to take a proactive role in start up measures, especially related to business, accounting and fundraising! * 

What:Brainstorming session to discuss start up efforts to establish the Hands & Voices chapter in New Hampshire!

Hands and Voices is a non-profit, parent-driven organization dedicated to supporting families of children who are deaf or hard of hearing. We are non-biased about communication methodologies and believe that families can make the best choices for their child if they have access to good information and support. The New Hampshire Hard of Hearing Group is an informational and social event occurring bi-monthly and is directed towards the hard of hearing, oral–deaf, and the late–deafened adult. Those who utilize hearing aids, cochlear implants, or have difficulty hearing are welcome.
Group Meetings typically revolve around occasional guest speakers, theme based discussions about advocacy, captioned telephones, accessible technology, etc., and includes social gatherings/outings. Communication Access/CART is provided as needed.
