NDHHS hosts monthly group meetings that consist of socializing and informational workshops. While the group is focused towards Deaf Senior Citizens, all are welcome to join!

Presentations and discussions are typically in ASL. 
(Some presentations are interpreted if the speaker uses English.)

The New Hampshire Hard of Hearing Group is an informational and social event occurring bi-monthly and is directed towards the hard of hearing, oral–deaf, and the late–deafened adult. Those who utilize hearing aids, cochlear implants, or have difficulty hearing are welcome.
 
Group Meetings typically revolve around occasional guest speakers, theme based discussions about advocacy, captioned telephones, accessible technology, etc., and includes social gatherings/outings. Communication Access/CART is provided.

Please see the Education Initiative's For Educational Interpreters page for more information about the EIPA in general or for information about how to register for one of the tests.

When: 3/25, 6/24, 9/23 and 11/18
Place: NDHHS Office in Concord, NH
Available Time Slots: Contact for Availability
Cost: $335 before June 30, 2017. After June 30, the cost of the test increases to $350. 
(This is an increase instituted by Boys Town.)

**Successful completion of the EIPA is required to work as an Educational Interpreter in NH schools.***
